Tailgating

Lots open at 7 AM and tailgate setup can start at 8 AM on game day. Sites must be cleared by midnight or 3 hours after the game, whichever is later. Tents up to 10 x 10 feet, weighted with sandbags, no stakes, and attached to your vehicle space. Grills must be watched at all times. No open fires or fire pits. Drinking is allowed for those 21 and over under Missouri law. No kegs or bulk alcohol on university property. Oversized RVs and buses park at Truman's Landing, which opens at 6 PM the day before each game. No overnight stays in lots. Opens at 11 AM on Tiger Avenue across from TAPS, with big screens, food trucks, beer and merchandise. Open to everyone. The team walks through Lot C, between the South End Zone Building and the Stephens Indoor Facility, with $1.99 beer at the top of the walk.

  • Bag policy: Clear bags up to 12 x 6 x 12 inches, a one-gallon clear freezer bag, or a clutch up to 4.5 x 6.5 inches. No bag storage.

Go COMO return shuttles leave from near the Tiger Avenue and Hospital Drive roundabout from the end of the third quarter, departing as they fill, until about 30 minutes after the game. Rideshare pickups are in Lot R.

Don't bring a bag that isn't clear. There is no bag storage near the stadium and bags left at the gates are thrown away.

    Open since 1971, Harpo's calls itself Mizzou's number one sports bar, with six bars, an all-season rooftop and more than 30 HD TVs.

    Away fans: mizzou's best known sports bar. Expect a home crowd, but big enough for everyone.

  • Shakespeare's Pizza Downtown

    225 S. Ninth Street, Columbia, MO 65201

    Pizza since 1973, with walls of old signs and Columbia memorabilia. The pizza is also sold inside the stadium.

    Away fans: a Columbia institution; families and visiting fans fit right in.

  • Flat Branch Pub & Brewing

    115 S 5th St, Columbia, MO

    Columbia's original brewpub, open since 1994, with house-brewed beer and a full menu.

    Away fans: relaxed brewpub, good for a mixed group before or after.
