Privacy
You can browse and plan a trip without an account. SportsQuest is for fans 13 and older.
What we keep if you sign up: your name, email and handle; the teams you follow and the home city you pick; the trips you save; your check-ins, picks, cards, trophies and the photos and notes you add; your fan club posts and friends; and your email choices, with when you made them.
Location: the site asks for it only when you tap to check in or to find something near you. We use it to confirm you are at the stadium or the bar. We keep the place you checked in to, not a trail of where you have been.
Photos: we strip the hidden location data from a photo before it leaves your phone. Photos you add sit on your Passport. Anyone with a photo's link can open it.
Who helps us run the site: Cloudflare hosts it, stores your data and turns voice notes into text (we do not keep the recording). Anthropic writes Scout's answers from your trip question and our facts; we never send it your email. Resend delivers our email. Mapbox draws the maps. Google handles sign-in if you choose it, and runs Google Analytics. None of them may sell your data.
We do not sell your data. We do not pass your details to a seller. You enter them yourself on the seller's site when you book.
Email: sign-in codes always come. Everything else, such as the Huddle's morning edition or a game-day note, you can turn off in your account or from the link in the email. Trip ideas and offers go only to fans who said yes to them.
Analytics: we count page views and what people tap, on our own servers and with Google Analytics, to see what works and where people get stuck. Its advertising features are off and we never send it your name or email. In the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland it stays off, along with our own visitor cookie, until you say yes. Change your answer with Cookie choices at the foot of any page.
Your rights: download a copy of your data, or delete your account, from the bottom of your account page. Deleting removes your account, Passport, cards, photos, posts and friends. To ask anything else, pick Privacy or my data on the support page.
