A season of running a club, start to finish

  1. Before the season

Get everyone in and set the calendar once.

    • An invite link and a QR code

Put the code on the bar table or in the group chat. Anyone with it joins straight in.

    • Your existing member list

Paste the emails you already have. Each person gets one invite from you, and anyone can say no to future invites.

    • Every watch party in one go

Pick the bar and "every game", "home games" or "away games". The calendar follows the real schedule, flex times included.

    • A club page that looks like yours

Your logo, a pinned line, your sponsors, and a verified badge once we've checked the club is real.

  2. Every game week

Tell people once and let the reminders do the chasing.

    • Announcements

Post on the club page, and send it by email when it matters. Members can stop a club's emails without leaving the club.

    • Day-before reminders

Members get the time, the bar and how many are going, the day before. You don't write a thing.

    • Polls

Which road game this year? Which bar for the playoffs? Members vote on the club page.

    • A headcount for the bar

See who's coming to each game, so you can ask the bar to hold the room.

  3. The road trip

The part that usually lives on a legal pad and fifty texts.

    • Sign-ups that ask the right things

Party size, own room or happy to share, who they're rooming with, where they're coming from.

    • A live headcount

People, rooms needed and spots left, as members sign up or drop out.

    • Each member's own plan

Scout builds the weekend for their party size, with the flight from their own city.

    • Who's booked, who's paid

Members tick their ticket, room and travel. You tick who has paid the club. Download it as a spreadsheet.

    • Group rates

Ask hotels near the stadium for a block price, reach the team's group ticket office, and get charter bus quotes.

  4. All year

The admin work that keeps a club going.

    • Dues

Mark who has paid this season and how much. The club collects its money the way it always has.

    • Insights

Members over time, watch party turnout, and where the club ranks against other clubs of the same team.

    • National groups

Run a network of chapters? Each chapter joins your group, and you can post to every member at once.

What it costs

Free

For the club, its organizers and every member.

Members book their own tickets, rooms and travel with the sellers, the same way they would on their own. Each seller is named on the button, with the total price first.

The club collects its own money, dues or a trip deposit, the way it does today: Venmo, cash or the club's account. Club HQ only keeps track of who has paid.

SportsQuest never takes payment from your club or your members. We earn a commission from some sellers when someone books, at no cost to them.

Bring your club over this week

Start the club, paste your member list, and set up the season's watch parties in one sitting.
