  • Mockingbird Station and the SMU area. Walk about half a mile, or the SMU shuttle across US 75. Closest to the stadium, with bars and restaurants at Mockingbird Station.
  • Downtown and Uptown Dallas. DART Red, Orange or Blue Line to SMU/Mockingbird. More hotels and nightlife, with Klyde Warren Park and Dealey Plaza nearby.
  • Near Love Field. Drive or rideshare. Easy for Southwest flights, 6 miles northwest of downtown.

DAL Dallas Love Field, about 6 miles northwest of downtown, mostly Southwest flights. A free Love Link shuttle runs from the terminal to Inwood/Love Field station on the DART Orange and Green lines.

SMU tailgates on Bishop Boulevard, the tree-lined loop road at the center of campus. SMU calls it Boulevarding. Ride DART to SMU/Mockingbird and walk over. The station sits half a mile east of campus. SMU's own guest parking is not offered for home football games. Game-day parking, shuttle and rideshare details come from SMU Athletics at smumustangs.com.

Walk east across US 75 to SMU/Mockingbird station, which has the highest Saturday ridership of any DART station outside downtown, for Red, Orange and Blue line trains.

One thing to avoid

Don't count on SMU campus parking. SMU Parking says parking is not available for home football games through its event and guest parking program.
