Aggie Park, West Campus by Reed Arena, Simpson Drill Field and open access green spaces. If you park in a 12th Man lot, you can tailgate in the first 15 feet of green space around it. Every Aggie Park spot needs a reservation, free or paid. Free plots (15 by 15 feet, two per person) open in a virtual land rush from 6 PM Sunday to 5 PM Tuesday before each game. Paid full-service sites go through REVELxp. West Campus open access setup starts at 9 AM the day before. Aggie Park and the rest of campus open at 7 AM on game day. Clear out by midnight; no overnight camping. Stakes can go no deeper than 12 inches, and tents over 400 square feet can't have sides. No ground fires or fire pits; keep grills attended and dump coals in the coal bins. Recreational generators only, under 80 decibels. Alcohol is allowed at outdoor tailgates on game day only, for fans 21 and up. It is banned on the MSC lawn and near the All Faiths Chapel. Buses, vans and trailers use the oversized vehicle sites near Lot 95. Reserve through Transportation Services at 979-862-7943. Golf carts, four-wheelers and scooters are banned.

Don't plan to camp at your tailgate: there is no overnight stay in tailgate areas, and every space must be cleared by midnight on game day.

  • Dixie Chicken

    307 University Dr, College Station, TX

    An Aggie tradition since 1974 and the original home of the Ring Dunk. Burgers, cold beer, dominoes and pool.

    Away fans: the oldest bar on Northgate and the place every visitor wants to see. Aggie crowd, but used to visitors.

    At midnight before every home game, the Aggie Band and Yell Leaders march from the Quad. They lead 20,000 to 25,000 fans through yells and songs in the stands.

    Fans link arms and sway together during the War Hymn. They sway so hard the old press box used to sway with them.
