  • UO campus area. Walk over the Autzen Footbridge. The classic student route to the stadium, past Hayward Field.
  • Near Eugene Airport. Drive. Seven miles northwest of town, handy for early flights.

Many fans park or pregame near campus and walk to Autzen over the Willamette on the Autzen Footbridge and through Alton Baker Park. Eugene's Ale Trail includes Ninkasi, Oakshire, Hop Valley, Falling Sky and McMenamins High Street, good places to start the day before the walk to the stadium. Stay through the end of the third quarter, when the stadium plays Shout by the Isley Brothers, a nod to the Animal House scene filmed here.

Walk back through Alton Baker Park and over the Autzen Footbridge to campus. LTD routes 12, 13, 66, 67, 91 and 96 run on detours during UO football games.

Don't skip the rain gear. The PA announcer says it never rains in Autzen Stadium, but the stadium is open to the sky.

  • McMenamins High Street Brewery & Cafe

    Eugene's first microbrewery since Prohibition, in a restored early 1900s house with a basement brewery, a backyard beer garden and a winter fire pit.
