  • Sundance Mountain Resort. Drive, 13 miles northeast of Provo. Robert Redford's mountain resort, a BYU Athletics hotel partner, for a quieter weekend with the Owl Bar on site.

Drive and park on campus. General lots around the stadium, first come, first served. UTA 833 bus from Provo Airport to Provo Central Station.

BYU's tailgate lot is Lot 18, at 55 E 1230 N (Cougar Blvd), south of the IT Building. It opens at 8 AM on game day and closes 2 hours after the game. BYU allows no alcohol, tobacco or illegal substances in its tailgate lots. Plan on soda, root beer and Creamery ice cream. Propane and wood-pellet grills only, no charcoal or wood fires. No tent pegs or spikes, no fireworks, no pets, and no electric or water hookups. Each vehicle gets two stalls. RVs and camp trailers can tailgate. There is no overnight parking, except after kickoffs at 7 PM or later, when you may stay until 8 AM. Helaman Field hosts Cougar Canyon, BYU's official pregame area, and REVELxp sells full-service tailgate setups there for groups.

  • Prohibited items: No outside food or drink except empty water bottles. No umbrellas, glass, signs larger than 24 x 36 inches, sticks or poles, megaphones, noisemakers, laser pointers or video cameras.
