Gates, bags, payment and access at AT&T Stadium.
Buy tickets only through the official Dallas Cowboys app. SeatGeek is the primary ticketing partner, and your account links inside that app. Screenshots and printouts are rejected. Barcodes rotate every few seconds.
the stadium guide lists a fixed table of the 10 guest entrances, A through K, skipping I, and which ticket class each one serves. For example, Entries B, C and D sit on the east side of the stadium, next to East Plaza, for designated reserved tickets and all club and suite guests. This is a ticket-class table, not a section-by-section map, so a fan with a reserved seat still picks a plaza. The Cowboys game-day page also links to a pre-arrival seat-location tool at attstadium.com/maps, though it showed only a placeholder page when checked.
Bring one clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC tote up to 12 by 6 by 12 inches, or a clear one-gallon resealable freezer bag, plus a small clutch no larger than 4.5 by 6.5 inches. Backpacks, camera bags, cinch bags, fanny packs, binocular cases, briefcases, computer bags, coolers, luggage, and seat cushions are all refused. The only named exception is for medically necessary items. Bags that do not comply can be stored for a fee with The Mobile Locker Company.
Still cameras with a lens over 3 inches are not allowed, stricter than the 6 inch limit at Acrisure, Allegiant, and the Superdome. Video cameras, tripods, monopods, and selfie sticks are also barred, along with seat cushions, signs on poles, outside food and drink, bottles, cans, thermoses, noisemakers, and footballs. Strollers are allowed if they do not block aisles.
Re-entry exists at AT&T Stadium but depends on the event and follows a set process. Leave through a designated exit gate, have your ticket scanned out, then clear security again to return. This is the only venue in this group that allows re-entry at all.
All food, beverage, parking, and retail purchases are cashless. Every major credit and debit card, plus mobile pay, works, with Legends Global running concessions. No reverse-ATM or cash-to-card kiosk is published, and the stadium guide lists no ATM at all. A fan carrying cash from abroad has no published way to convert it on-site.
No gate is named specifically as the accessible entrance. The stadium says its facilities are fully ADA-compliant and points to power-assisted entry doors. Public elevators sit at Entry A, E, F, and K, but E, F, and K serve club and suite guests only. That leaves Entry A as the general-admission entrance with published elevator access. Limited wheelchairs carry guests from the gates to their seats.
For day-of seat moves or event help, go to a Guest Services booth behind Sections 219, 244, 420, or 451, or call (817) 892-4161. For ticket questions, call the AT&T Stadium box office at (817) 892-5000. No accessible-seating purchase process, email address, or advance-notice window is published. The wheelchair and companion-seating page lists locations only, not a way to book.
Pick up handheld assistive listening devices, carrying the in-house PA plus radio broadcast, at any Guest Services booth if you lack a smartphone. Sensory rooms and decompression areas with Altec Lansing sit in the North and South Main Clubs and behind Sections 416 and 446. ASL interpreters need at least 30 days' notice and depend on performer approval, far longer than Lambeau's 48 hours, and a hard stop for a fan booking late from abroad.
Five Nursing Rooms with Nuna Baby gear, including locking doors, changing stations, sinks, and seating, sit in the North and South Main Clubs and behind Sections 416 and 446. Family restrooms with changing tables run through every concourse and every club and suite level. Staff take lost children and separated guests to any Guest Services booth, behind Sections 219, 244, 420, or 451. Five First Aid stations serve the stadium.
Free stadium-wide WiFi runs on the network attwifi. Connect to attwifi from your list of available networks. No info on DAS systems, cell coverage, or network capacity is published.

Where visiting fans stay
Arlington Entertainment District
10 min on foot. This is the one good answer for fans without a car, and it flips the usual advice. No rail runs to Arlington at all.
Downtown Fort Worth
30 min by rideshare. If the Entertainment District is sold out or too pricey, pick Fort Worth over Dallas. It has a walkable downtown with a real bar scene.
Downtown Dallas
40 min by rideshare. Pick Dallas only if the trip is about the city, not the game. DART light rail works well inside Dallas but will not get you to the stadium.
The bars fans pick on game day, and how each one treats a visiting fan.
Mixed crowd. It's neutral ground where visiting fans often end up.
Texas Live! anchors Arlington's Entertainment District. It holds 11 venues and 22 bars under one roof. Try Sports & Social, PBR Texas with its mechanical bull, Lockhart Smokehouse for Central Texas barbecue, Miller Tavern, or Rangers Republic.
Book a table on gamedays through texas-live.com or AXS. The complex goes 21-and-over after 9pm. Hours vary by venue, so check the bar you want.
Mostly home fans.
Troy Aikman owns Troy's. He's the Hall of Fame quarterback who won three Super Bowls with the Cowboys. It's the most polished room in the district.
Hours are Sunday to Thursday 5pm to 10pm, Friday and Saturday 5pm to midnight. That makes it a post-game or night-game spot, not a pre-game stop for a noon or 3:25 kickoff. Book through OpenTable. Cigars allowed on the patio. Call (817) 769-1551.
DFW Dallas/Fort Worth International sits 25 minutes from Arlington by rideshare or taxi. No rail runs to Arlington. DAL sits closer to central Dallas, with DART bus and rail connections into the city, but still no rail onward to Arlington. Southwest dominates flights here.
J. Gilligan's and Grease Monkey run shuttles from Downtown Arlington from Downtown Arlington. Expect to pay about $25 to $26 per person, based on the operators' published World Cup rates. NFL pricing is not confirmed. Take Uber or Lyft to Lot 15 from anywhere in DFW. Lot 15 is the official rideshare lot..
Official rideshare pickup and drop-off is Lot 15. The stadium also lists taxis at the far west end of Miller Lite House, off North Collins Street. Rideshare is the only real option for fans not staying in the Entertainment District, so post-game demand piles up and surge gets steep. Walking to Texas Live! and waiting out the first hour there is the standard fix, and another reason to stay in that district.
Avoid two traps. First, do not book a Dallas hotel just because the team is the Dallas Cowboys. The stadium sits 20 miles away in Arlington, with no rail link. Second, do not book a cheap Arlington motel off Interstate 30. Most of Arlington's cheap lodging sits out by I-30, a mile or more from the stadium. Without a car, that is a paid ride for a distance too far to walk safely. If you book in Arlington, book inside the Entertainment District.
Lots open five hours before kickoff. Tailgating runs the whole window, plus two hours after the game. That long post-game window lets a fan without a car linger instead of joining the rideshare crush. Tailgating is allowed and widespread, but space is tied to vehicles. Spaces sit on the perimeter of each parking lot, for vehicles only, and every vehicle needs a valid parking permit. A fan arriving by rideshare has no spot to tailgate. The walk-up option is Miller Lite House, which the stadium describes as offering pregame tailgating and postgame celebrations.
Arlington Entertainment District: 10 min on foot. This is the one good answer for fans without a car, and it flips the usual advice. No rail runs to Arlington at all. Downtown Fort Worth: 30 min by rideshare. If the Entertainment District is sold out or too pricey, pick Fort Worth over Dallas. It has a walkable downtown with a real bar scene.
Texas Live! sits in the Arlington Entertainment District, a built dining and entertainment complex about 0.5 miles from the stadium, anchored by the 300-room Live! by Loews hotel. You can walk to the stadium, and the district has real bars. This is one of the few NFL stadiums where staying near the stadium actually works for fans without a car. One catch: it is a built district, not a neighborhood, and it empties out when there is no game.
Gameday Tours run before kickoff and offer real access: entry three hours before kickoff, the press conference room, views of the Cowboys and Cowboys Cheerleaders locker rooms, and a post-game field pass. There is no online checkout. The page routes you to Group Sales by email or phone, so budget time for a reply.
Rally Days, presented by SeatGeek, run the day before each Dallas Cowboys home game. Each home game gets its own Rally Day page with a Ticket Info link. About five dates ran from September through December 2026. Pricing runs in tiers: Self-Guided Tour $25, VIP Guided Tour $45, VIP Guided Tour plus Locker Room $55, VIP Guided Tour plus Jerry Jones Experience $55.
Arrive Saturday night. That lets you take the Rally Day stadium tour the day before the game, a cheap tour you can book online. It also removes the risk of a delayed flight into a busy hub.
Expect moderate availability. The walkable hotel stock near the stadium is basically one hotel, Live! by Loews, with about 300 rooms, against 80,000 fans. That hotel sells out and prices spike for big games. Wider DFW has plenty of rooms, just not within walking distance. Book the Entertainment District early, or plan on a rideshare.
