Metro K Line to Downtown Inglewood, then a shuttle or a 25-minute walk.
Where visiting fans stay
LAX
Min by Metro C or K Line to LAX/Metro Transit Center, then the free SoFi game-day shuttle (every 10 minutes or less). The best base. It sits two to three miles from the stadium, packed with brand hotels.
Downtown Inglewood
Min by Metro K Line to Downtown Inglewood, then Metro Line 212 or rideshare. On game days the official free shuttle runs from LAX/Metro Transit Center instead.. This is the closest real neighborhood, on the Metro K Line's Downtown Inglewood station. It is not the game-day route.
Santa Monica or Downtown LA
Min by Metro C/K Line via LAX/Metro Transit Center + free shuttle, or rideshare. Pick these only if the trip is about Los Angeles, not the game. Neither has a direct transit run to SoFi.
The bars fans pick on game day, and how each one treats a visiting fan.
Mixed crowd. An official Bolt Fam bar that also shows every Rams game.
This is the strongest Chargers pick near SoFi: an official Bolt Fam bar on El Segundo's Main Street, four miles from the stadium. It's built around a 28-foot LED video wall with banks of TVs around it. El Segundo sits between LAX and the beach cities, so a lot of visiting fans already stay there.
Takes reservations for large groups, rare among these places. Full restaurant menu, family-friendly. Confirm early opening for 10am PT kickoffs.
Mixed crowd. Official Bolt Fam bar, neighborhood-craft feel.
The other half of the El Segundo pairing, and the more interesting room of the two. Brewport runs a self-pour setup: you get a card and pour your own from a wall of over 20 taps of craft beer, cider, seltzer, and kombucha, paying by the ounce. People move around the room instead of lining up at a bar.
Self-pour by the ounce, bring ID to get a card. Brunch menu, so it works for early kickoffs when a lot of bars aren't open yet. Full kitchen. Confirm gameday hours.
LAX, Los Angeles International. The LAX hotel corridor on Century Boulevard is the recommended place to stay, served by hotel courtesy shuttles from the terminals. BUR is smaller and easier to clear, but about 25 miles north of Inglewood with no useful rail link to SoFi. LGB is small, with limited airlines. SNA is about 40 miles southeast. ONT is about 55 miles east, worth it only for price.
Take the Metro C Line or K Line to LAX/Metro Transit Center. Then catch the free SoFi Stadium shuttle from LAX/Metro Transit Center Station. The shuttle is free. Standard Metro fare is $1.75 one-way or $3.50 round-trip on the rail leg. Buses use the lot on the southeast side of Prairie Avenue and Arbor Vitae Street. It's a short walk to the stadium, passing the NFL Network building.. SoFi shuttle service window from LAX/Metro Transit Center. Free Shuttles run every 10 minutes or less starting three hours before kickoff. Return service starts at the fourth quarter and runs until 90 minutes after the game.. Culver CityBus Line 99 Express from Culver City. $2 round-trip GTrans Line 7X from Harbor Gateway Transit Center. $4 round-trip, free parking at the transit center Torrance Transit SoFi Special Service from Torrance. $4 round-trip
No official time is published for getting out after the game. Here's what you can plan on: the free shuttle to LAX/Metro Transit Center starts at the beginning of the 4th quarter and runs 90 minutes after the final whistle. Leaving late works, but don't push past that window. Rideshare funnels to one pickup point at Kareem Court and Manchester Boulevard.
Official pickup and drop-off: pickup is at Kareem Court and Manchester Boulevard. Rideshare, taxis, limos and buses drop off on the northbound curb lane on Kareem Court. It's a single pickup point for a 70,000-seat stadium on a closed campus. Expect a long walk and a long line. The free Metro shuttle to LAX/Metro Transit Center is usually the faster way out.
Don't book Downtown LA or Hollywood expecting a quick trip to the stadium. Neither has a direct rail line to SoFi. Post-game rideshare pickup is one choke point at Kareem Court and Manchester Boulevard. Also don't treat the K Line's Downtown Inglewood station as the game-day stop. The official route sends you to LAX/Metro Transit Center for the free shuttle instead.
The Hyundai Pink Zone tailgate lot opens about 5 hours before kickoff. All other lots open 4 hours before. Stadium gates open 2 to 3 hours before kickoff. You need a car. SoFi runs the strictest tailgate policy of any West Coast NFL venue. Tailgating happens in one pass-gated zone and nowhere else. Fans on the free Metro shuttle cannot tailgate at all. There is no walk-up tailgate area. You cannot enter the campus perimeter without a game ticket. Tailgate activities are only allowed in the Hyundai Pink Zone, and you need an advance Hyundai Pink Zone Parking Pass.
LAX: Min by Metro C or K Line to LAX/Metro Transit Center, then the free SoFi game-day shuttle (every 10 minutes or less). The best base. It sits two to three miles from the stadium, packed with brand hotels. Downtown Inglewood: Min by Metro K Line to Downtown Inglewood, then Metro Line 212 or rideshare. On game days the official free shuttle runs from LAX/Metro Transit Center instead.. This is the closest real neighborhood, on the Metro K Line's Downtown Inglewood station. It is not the game-day route.
The Hollywood Park retail district, The Shops at Hollywood Park, now has a real food and entertainment cluster on the stadium campus: Cosm, Cinepolis Luxury Cinemas, The Meeting Spot, JD Sports, Iconix Fitness. Raising Cane's, The Melt, Panini Kabob Grill, Lan Noodle and Rhythm Bar and Lounge were announced in May 2025. But there are zero hotel rooms on campus for the 2026 season. The Kali Hotel is set to open spring 2027, per its own site heading (its meta-description says winter 2026, but go with the heading). So staying right at the stadium isn't an option for 2026, even though eating and drinking there now is. Don't recommend staying there until the hotel actually opens and takes bookings.
Rally Days, the day before a home game. Book through Ticketmaster. SoFi does not publish a release window. Contact [email protected] or (424) 541-9650. Price not on the venue page. Parking is free with tour tickets. Standard tour runs about 2 hours with field access, 60 to 75 minutes without. https://www.sofistadium.com/stadium/stadium-tours
Rates stay low most weekends. Greater LA has huge hotel inventory, and SoFi hosts up to 17 NFL home dates a year, so one regular-season game won't move prices. Exceptions in 2026: FIFA World Cup matches in June and July, and any concert or major event on the same campus. Those weekends spike rates hard in Inglewood and near LAX.

Gates, bags, payment and access at SoFi Stadium.
SoFi Stadium tells fans to arrive early, but gives no exact time. There's no number tied to screening lines. The only published times are the lot openings: Pink Zone about 5 hours before kickoff, other lots 4 hours, gates 2 to 3 hours.
Tickets are mobile only, through Ticketmaster. Access your ticket via the SoFi Stadium app, Ticketmaster app or Ticketmaster.com. For faster entry, add your mobile ticket to your phone's wallet before arriving. No other guidance is published for fans with foreign phones or app stores.
SoFi Stadium has twelve guest entries. the stadium guide lists each entry by side of building and access type. Entries 6, 7, 11 and 12 are VIP and Premium Access. For football, Gates 2, 3, VIP 6, VIP 7, 8B, 10B, VIP 11 and VIP 12 stay open through the game, while some other gates close after the first quarter. The guide maps entries to access type, not to specific sections. A separate tool, IOMEDIA Virtual Venue, shows seat views.
Clear bags only: plastic, vinyl or PVC, up to 12 inches by 6 inches by 12 inches. A small non-clear bag is allowed too, up to 4.5 inches by 6.5 inches, with or without a strap. Exceptions: medical bags, diaper bags with medically necessary items, and breast-pump cases. All of these get extra screening. A paid bag valet holds bags that don't meet the rules, including strollers.
Banned items include umbrellas of any kind, since the roof is an open-sided canopy and rain gets in. Also banned: cameras with detachable lenses or lenses over 6 inches, seat cushions with pockets or hard materials, banners or signs bigger than 3 feet by 5 feet, poles that aren't soft bendable plastic under 2 feet, noisemakers, air horns, and strollers (use the valet). You can bring in one factory-sealed 20oz water bottle, plus an empty clear non-metal bottle to refill at hydration stations.
No re-entry. Guests can't leave and come back on the same ticket. The only exception is an emergency, and a gate supervisor has to approve it.
Payment is cashless. Every point of sale takes credit, debit or gift card only. SoFi offers a way to convert cash: ReadySTATION kiosks turn cash into a prepaid Visa or Mastercard, free to get and free to use. Find them on Level 4 South by SoFi Circle near Section 234, and on the upper American Airlines Plaza near the gates.
SoFi's stadium guide lists gluten-free, allergen-aware, vegan, kosher and halal options, and points fans to the official Dining Guide at dining.hollywoodparkca.com for details.
All twelve entries have an accessible path. For NFL games, general admission guests enter from the North or South based on seat location. VIP and Premium guests use the entry closest to their seats. Entries 11 and 12 on the East side serve VIP, Premium and Accessible Access. Accessibility podiums with chairs sit at Entries 4, 8 and 10. Mobility Ambassadors escort wheelchair users from entry to seat.
Four ways to get accessible seating: the Ticketmaster 'show accessible tickets' filter for most events, phone 424-541-9100 on non-event days from 11am to 4pm, email [email protected], or visit a Guest Services Center on game day, where availability is very limited. All accessible seating is first-come, first-served. No advance notice is required.
There are two sensory-inclusive spaces: the Level 3 northeast Guest Services Center and the Level 3 southwest Guest Services Center inside the Corona Beach Club. Both run first-come, first-served in 15-minute blocks. Free noise-reducing headphones are available with an ID deposit, along with sensory kits with fidgets and sunglasses while supplies last. Assistive listening devices are free at Guest Services Centers with an ID deposit; they amplify PA announcements only, not play-by-play. ASL interpreters are available for concerts with at least 2 weeks' notice. The site doesn't say if interpreters are provided for NFL games.
Nursing mothers can breastfeed anywhere in the stadium. For privacy, Mamava lactation suites sit on Level 4 South, Level 6 Main Concourse and Level 8 Upper Concourse, with lighting, dual outlets, USB ports and seating. First aid rooms and family restrooms are also available. Family restrooms are reserved for guests with small children and guests with disabilities. Report missing persons at any Guest Services Center.
SoFi Stadium offers free Wi-Fi. Join the network #HollywoodPark. No info is published on cell signal boosters or coverage.
