TPA, Tampa International Airport. Rideshare or taxi takes a few minutes. HART bus routes 10, 30, and 32 serve the airport seven days a week. Route 30 runs between downtown and the airport. MCO, Orlando International, sits about 90 minutes east. Use it if TPA lacks a good long-haul route. You need a car or coach transfer; no rail runs between Orlando and Tampa.
from anywhere in Tampa Bay. On foot from the Westshore and Boy Scout Blvd hotels and bars, about 30 minutes from Dale Mabry Hwy and Boy Scout Blvd restaurants and hotels. free About a mile and a half..
No published clearance time. The Tampa Sports Authority says only that sold-out games take time to clear, and each lot routes to a fixed exit road. Every rideshare, taxi, and bus funnels through Steinbrenner Field, so expect a long line there. A common workaround: walk northeast toward Westshore and order a car from a side street.
One spot handles everything: Steinbrenner Field, the New York Yankees' spring-training park across Dale Mabry from the stadium. It serves as drop-off and pick-up for rideshare, taxis, buses, and limos alike. All stadium parking is cashless and card-only.
There is no special-event bus service for Buccaneers games. The official mass-transit option is just a drop-off point at Steinbrenner Field. Skip plans built around the beaches too. Clearwater and St. Pete Beach sit 45 minutes to an hour away across the bay with no transit link, making a game-day round trip tough.
Parking lots open 3.5 hours before kickoff, the same moment Bucs Beach opens. All lots are card-only; no cash accepted for day-of parking. Bucs Beach, in the South Plaza off Tampa Bay Blvd, is free and open to the public with no ticket needed. It has shaded lounges, tiki bars, a DJ, fan competitions, and cheerleader appearances. It opens 3.5 hours before kickoff and closes at the start of the first quarter. The Bucs Kids Zone next door, in Lot 6D, is also free, opening 3.5 hours before kickoff and closing 30 minutes before kickoff.
Westshore: 25 min on foot (roughly 1-1. No public transport runs to Raymond James Stadium on game day. Your best bet is a short rideshare, since fares surge but stay cheap over this distance. Downtown Tampa: Min by rideshare only, no game-day transit service exists. Pick this if you want a city weekend, not a mall weekend. You get the riverwalk, Amalie Arena, Sparkman Wharf, and the free TECO Line streetcar to Ybor City.
The stadium's immediate ring is parking lots and Dale Mabry Highway, with little to do on foot. About a mile away, Westshore has real hotels and restaurants: the Econo Lodge at 0.6 miles, the AC Hotel Tampa Airport at 0.9 miles, the Renaissance International Plaza at 1.2 miles, plus the Boy Scout Boulevard restaurant strip and the International Plaza mall. Many fans eat and drink on Dale Mabry or Boy Scout Blvd, then walk the mile and a half to the stadium.
Two nights. The stadium tour runs Monday to Friday only, so it cannot anchor a Saturday or third night. Ybor City and the riverwalk fill one evening easily.

Gates, bags, payment and access at Raymond James Stadium.
The venue says arrive early and avoid the last-minute rush, and have your mobile ticket ready. No kickoff-relative arrival window or gates-open time is published.
Tickets are mobile-only. They're stored on your phone and scanned at the gates; no printed tickets. Maximize your screen brightness before reaching the gate.
the stadium guide and ADA page send fans to interactive maps for parking, gates, and drop-off, but publish no section-to-gate pairings. Four general-admission gates are named: Ford Gate, Gate B, Suzuki Marine Gate, and Fifth Third Bank Gate.
This is the strictest bag policy in the group, a true no-bag venue. Only one small clutch bag is allowed, no larger than 4.5 by 6.5 inches. The clear 12x6x12 bag allowed at other stadiums is not admitted here. Storage lockers rent on Tom McEwen Blvd near the Suzuki Marine Gate. No medical, diaper, or breast-pump exception is published.
Banned: all bags beyond one small clutch; glass and plastic bottles, cans, and hard-sided containers; coolers; aerosol sunscreen; umbrellas; professional cameras with detachable lenses, video recorders, GoPros, and tripods; noisemakers; weapons; smoking and tobacco; drones.
Re-entry is not permitted except for a medical emergency. This is a stadium rule. Parking passes are separately not valid for re-entry into the parking lots.
Food and beverage, like parking, is cashless only. All food and beverage locations are cashless. Reverse ATMs are available at select locations to convert cash to a universal-use Visa value card.
Gluten-friendly options are listed by concession location and section, better than most in this group. The stadium states it cannot confirm no cross-contamination from manufacture to stadium. No vegan, halal, or kosher stand information is published.
Accessible entry differs from general admission. Entrances for guests with disabilities are at Ford Gate and Suzuki Marine Gate, two of the four GA gates, each near ramps and elevators. ADA parking is first-come, first-served in Lot A/3D and Lot B/C with a valid disabled permit.
Accessible seating is available in all areas, including the club level and luxury suites, plus gurney viewing spots in the end zones. Reach Guest Services at 813-350-6500 or [email protected]; TDD 1-800-955-8771. Specialized assistance requires a Special Needs Request Form submitted 72 hours in advance, excluding weekends.
Two sensory rooms sit on the main concourse near sections 120 and 131, the strongest sensory setup in this group along with MetLife. Sensory bags loan out from Guest Services booths. Listening devices are available, requested by email before your visit. No ASL interpreter notice period is published; the 72-hour Special Needs Request Form appears to be the only route.
Nursing rooms sit on the main concourse near sections 143-144 and 118-119, plus the East and West Clubs. The Tag-A-Fan program issues free ID bracelets and returns lost children or fans to their ticketed seat, run through Guest Services booths; it covers adults too. Wheelchair storage is at all Guest Services locations.
Free public WiFi, network name bucswifi. Connect once inside the stadium. No DAS or at-capacity cell guidance is published.

Tampa has no walkable bar district, so Bucs Beach is the answer. It's free, open to the public, and needs no ticket, opening 3.5 hours before kickoff. It has shaded lounges, tiki bars, a live DJ, games, partner booths, and cheerleader photos.
Free, no ticket required. Opens 3.5 hours before kickoff. Kids Zone closes 30 minutes before kickoff. Bar 76 inside the stadium is members-only, East Stadium Club membership from $155 per seat. It is not an option on a standard ticket.
The Capdevila family has run La Teresita since 1972. More than five decades of Cuban and Spanish cooking on Columbus Drive. It connects a Bucs afternoon to Tampa's Cuban heritage, not a chain sports bar.
Open Sunday 6am to midnight. Covers an early start, a post-game meal, or both. Counter service and full-service dining. Online ordering. Call (813) 879-9704. It's a restaurant with a bar, not a bar. Set expectations that way.
