Other areas to stay
Arlington Entertainment District
10 min on foot. This is the one answer that works if you don't have a car, and it flips the usual advice. There is no train to Arlington at all, so staying "in the city" means a 20 to 40 minute rideshare each way with heavy surge pricing after the game.

You buy from the seller named on the button. SportsQuest may earn a commission, at no cost to you. How that works
DFW (Dallas/Fort Worth International) is 25 minutes by rideshare or taxi to Arlington. There is no train to Arlington. DAL sits closer to central Dallas and connects to DART bus and rail service into Dallas, but there is still no train onward to Arlington. It's dominated by Southwest Airlines flights.
J. Gilligan's and Grease Monkey run shuttles from Downtown Arlington from Downtown Arlington. It costs about $25 to $26 per person based on the operators' published World Cup rates. NFL game pricing has not been confirmed. Take an Uber or Lyft to Lot 15 from anywhere in DFW. Lot 15 is the official rideshare lot..
The official rideshare pickup and drop-off spot is Lot 15. The stadium also lists taxis at the far west end of Miller Lite House off North Collins Street. Since rideshare is the only real option for anyone not staying in the Entertainment District, post-game demand piles up fast and surge pricing gets steep. Walking to Texas Live! and waiting out the first hour there is the usual way around this, which is another reason to stay in that district.
There are two traps to avoid. First, don't book in Dallas just because the team is called the Dallas Cowboys: the stadium is 20 miles away in Arlington, with no train connection. Second, don't book a cheap motel in Arlington off Interstate 30: most of Arlington's cheap lodging sits out by I-30, a mile or more from the stadium, too far to walk safely, so you'll need to pay for a ride anyway. If you book in Arlington, book inside the Entertainment District.
Lots open five hours before kickoff, and tailgating is allowed for that whole window plus two hours after the game. That's an unusually long post-game window, so if you don't have a car, you can stick around instead of joining the rush for a rideshare. Tailgating is allowed and common, but the space is tied strictly to vehicles. Tailgating spots sit on the perimeter of each parking lot and are reserved for vehicles, and every vehicle needs a valid parking permit. If you arrive by rideshare, you don't have a legal spot to tailgate. Your walk-up option instead is Miller Lite House, which the stadium describes as offering pregame tailgating and postgame celebrations.
Arlington Entertainment District: 10 min on foot. This is the one answer that works if you don't have a car, and it flips the usual advice. There is no train to Arlington at all, so staying "in the city" means a 20 to 40 minute rideshare each way with heavy surge pricing after the game. Downtown Fort Worth: 30 min by rideshare. If the Entertainment District is sold out or too expensive, Fort Worth is the better of the two big-city backups. It has a walkable downtown with a real bar scene, and it sits closer to Arlington than downtown Dallas does.
Texas Live! and the Arlington Entertainment District is a dining and entertainment complex built about 0.5 miles from the stadium, anchored by the 300-room Live! by Loews hotel. You can walk to the stadium from here, and there are plenty of bars, making this one of the few NFL stadiums where staying near the stadium actually works if you don't have a car. Keep in mind it's a built district, not a real neighborhood, so it empties out when there's no event.
Gameday Tours exist and cover real ground: you get in three hours before kickoff, see the press conference room, view the Cowboys and Cowboys Cheerleaders locker rooms, and get a post-game field pass. But there's no online checkout. You have to book through Group Sales by email or phone, so plan for lead time to get a reply.
Rally Days, presented by SeatGeek, run the day before every Dallas Cowboys home game. Each home game gets its own Rally Day event page with a Ticket Info link, and about five dates ran between September and December 2026. Pricing is tiered: $25 for the self-guided tour, $45 for the VIP guided tour, $55 for the VIP guided tour plus locker room, and $55 for the VIP guided tour plus the Jerry Jones Experience.
Go on Saturday night so you can take a Rally Day stadium tour the day before the game, a cheap option you can book online, and it protects you from a delayed flight into a busy airport.
Rooms near the stadium are limited. The walkable inventory is basically one hotel, Live! by Loews, with about 300 rooms, plus a few budget properties, serving 80,000 fans. That one hotel sells out and prices spike for big games. The wider Dallas-Fort Worth area has plenty of hotel rooms, so you will always find a place to stay, just not one you can walk from. Book the Entertainment District early or plan on taking a rideshare.

Gates, bags, payment and access at AT&T Stadium.
You can only buy tickets through the mobile app. Tickets go through the official Dallas Cowboys app, with SeatGeek as the main ticketing partner, and your account links inside that app. Screenshots and printouts get rejected, and the barcodes rotate every few seconds. There's no published guidance for international visitors dealing with a US phone number, a different app store, setting up your wallet before you arrive, or weak signal at the stadium.
the stadium guide lists a fixed table of the 10 guest entrances, A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, J and K, and which ticket type each one serves. For example, entries B, C and D sit on the east side of the stadium next to East Plaza and serve designated reserved tickets plus all club and suite guests. This is a ticket-class table, not a section-by-section map, so a fan with a reserved seat still gets to choose a plaza. The Cowboys game-day page also links to a pre-arrival seat-location tool at attstadium.com/maps, but that page showed only a placeholder reading "PardonOurMess" when checked.
You can bring one clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC tote up to 12 inches by 6 inches by 12 inches, or a clear one-gallon resealable freezer bag, plus a small clutch no bigger than 4.5 inches by 6.5 inches. Backpacks, camera bags, cinch bags, fanny packs, binocular cases, briefcases, computer bags, coolers, luggage and seat cushions are all turned away. The only named exception is for medically necessary items; there's no exception listed for diaper bags or breast pumps. If your bag doesn't meet the rules, you can pay to store it with The Mobile Locker Company.
Still cameras with a lens longer than 3 inches are not allowed, which is stricter than the 6-inch limit at Acrisure, Allegiant and the Superdome. Video cameras are banned entirely, along with tripods, monopods, selfie sticks, seat cushions, signs on poles, outside food and drink, bottles, cans, thermoses, noisemakers and footballs. Strollers are allowed as long as they don't block the aisles.
Re-entry is allowed at AT&T Stadium, but it depends on the event and comes with steps: you have to leave through a designated exit gate, have your ticket scanned out, and then go through security again to get back in. This is the only stadium among this group of five that allows re-entry at all.
All food, drink, parking and retail purchases are cashless. Every major credit and debit card works, along with mobile pay, and Legends Global runs the concessions. There's no reverse-ATM or cash-to-card kiosk listed anywhere, and the stadium guide doesn't have an ATM entry at all, so a fan carrying cash has no published way to convert it on-site.
There's no specific accessible gate called out separately from general admission. The stadium says its facilities are fully ADA-compliant and points to power-assisted entry doors. Public elevators are listed at Entry A, E, F and K, but E, F and K are club and suite only, which leaves Entry A as the general-admission entrance with published elevator access. Limited wheelchairs are available to help guests get from the gates to their seats.
For day-of seat relocation or event help, go to a Guest Services booth behind Sections 219, 244, 420 or 451, or call Guest Services at (817) 892-4161. For ticket questions, call the AT&T Stadium box office at (817) 892-5000. There's no published process for buying accessible seating online, no email address, and no advance-notice period listed. The wheelchair and companion seating page only describes where the seats are, not how to book them.
Guests without a smartphone can check out handheld assistive listening devices, which carry the in-house PA plus the radio broadcast, at any Guest Services booth. Sensory rooms and decompression areas with Altec Lansing systems are located in the North and South Main Clubs and behind Sections 416 and 446. ASL interpreters need at least 30 days' notice and are subject to performer approval, far longer than the 48 hours Lambeau requires, which can be a problem if you're an international fan booking late.
There are five Nursing Rooms with Nuna Baby setups, including locking doors, changing stations, sinks and seating, located in the North and South Main Clubs and behind Sections 416 and 446. Family restrooms with baby-changing tables run along every concourse and every club and suite level. Lost children and separated guests should go to any Guest Services booth, located behind Sections 219, 244, 420 and 451. There are five First Aid locations.
Free WiFi covers the whole stadium on the network attwifi. Just connect to attwifi from your list of available WiFi networks. There's no published info on DAS systems, cell coverage, or network capacity.

Texas Live! is the anchor of Arlington's Entertainment District, and it now has 11 venues and 22 bars under one roof: Sports & Social, PBR Texas with its mechanical bull, Lockhart Smokehouse for Central Texas barbecue, Miller Tavern, and Rangers Republic. The centerpiece is Live! Arena, a 5,000-capacity indoor and outdoor hall built around a 100-foot LED screen, plus another 122 screens across the district.
Book a table ahead for gamedays through texas-live.com or AXS. The complex goes 21-and-over after 9pm. Hours vary by venue, so check the specific bar instead of the complex as a whole.
It draws mostly home fans.
Troy's belongs to Troy Aikman, the Hall of Fame quarterback who won three Super Bowls with the Cowboys, and it's the most polished room in the district. Jeffrey Beers International designed it as a refined rustic beer hall, and the outdoor garden patio is built around a live oak tree saved from the old Globe Life Park before it was torn down, so you get a real piece of Arlington sports history growing in the middle of the terrace. The cocktail list comes from Aikman's own favorites, the food is upscale American comfort food with gourmet burgers as the signature dish, and there's live music every night.
Hours are Sunday through Thursday 5pm to 10pm, and Friday and Saturday 5pm to midnight. That makes it a spot for after the game or a night game, not a pre-game stop before a noon or 3:25 kickoff. Book through OpenTable. You can smoke cigars on the patio. Call (817) 769-1551.
