What we know about Allegiant Stadium

Where visiting fans stay

Checked at the source
  • South Strip, Mandalay Bay, Luxor, Excalibur. 15 min. Walk via the Hacienda pedestrian bridge, 0. Bridge walk is about 3 miles round trip, under a mile one way. This is the only NFL stadium where the walk-up route goes right through a casino resort corridor. Hacienda Avenue between Mandalay Bay and Luxor closes to cars on game days and turns into a pedestrian bridge over Interstate 15 straight to the stadium gate. Just follow the "Stadium Walk" signs inside Mandalay Bay or Luxor. It's the best carless walk-up in the group after Seattle.
  • Mid Strip, MGM Grand, New York-New York, Tropicana corridor. Walk via elevated resort walkways to Hacienda Avenue, then the pedestrian bridge; or Monorail to MGM Grand. Mandalay Bay, Luxor, and Excalibur are connected by elevated walkways and shopping malls, so you can reach the Hacienda bridge on foot and stay indoors for most of the way. MGM Grand is the closest Las Vegas Monorail stop to the pedestrian bridge. You get more hotel and restaurant choices here than on the south end.
  • Off-Strip budget hotels immediately south of the stadium. Walk. Vacation Inn Express Las Vegas South and Fairfield Inn & Suites Vegas South are both about 0.4 miles from the stadium, closer than Mandalay Bay. The catch is there's nothing around them, no bars, no restaurants, no game day buzz. Pick these only if you're going on price.

Around the stadium

Checked at the source
Stay in the South Strip resort corridor, Mandalay Bay, Luxor, or Excalibur. There's no bar or restaurant district at the stadium itself, since it sits in its own ring of parking lots west of I-15. The action is on the Strip side of the freeway, reached by the game-day pedestrian-only Hacienda bridge, which is what turns an otherwise highway-isolated site into a walk-up venue. Mandalay Bay is about 0.5 miles away.

Getting in from the airport

From a specialist guide
LAS Harry Reid International Airport. Take a taxi or rideshare to the south Strip, there's no rail link.

Getting to the stadium

Checked at the source
Hacienda Avenue pedestrian bridge from the Strip. The bridge lands right at the stadium gate. Follow the "Stadium Walk" signs inside Mandalay Bay or Luxor. Cars are kept off this corridor on game days. RTC Game Day Express. RTC Deuce on the Strip. Get off near Luxor and cross the Hacienda bridge.

Tailgating

Checked at the source
You need a vehicle to tailgate here. There are about 6,000 tailgating spaces across onsite Lots A, B, C, E, F, G, H and J, plus offsite Lots S, V, W, X and the Dewey Lot. Every space requires a vehicle and a paid parking pass, and you get directed to the next open space rather than picking your own. If you're walking in over the Hacienda bridge, you can't tailgate, and the tailgating stops the moment the game starts.

Getting in

Checked at the source
  • Bag policy: You can bring one clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC bag no bigger than 12 by 6 by 12 inches, plus a small clutch, purse, or wallet 4.5 by 6.5 by 2 inches or smaller. Diaper bags are banned outright, listed by name along with coolers, briefcases, backpacks, fanny packs, cinch bags, seat cushions, and luggage. The only exception named is necessary medical items, and those are subject to inspection. Bag check is available at three locations for $20 per bag, cash not accepted, and it's non-refundable. It opens when gates open and closes one hour after the event ends.
  • Re-entry: Re-entry is not allowed. Allegiant Stadium is a no re-entry facility, with no medical or emergency exception mentioned.
  • Prohibited items: Strollers are banned outright, along with diaper bags. Also banned: umbrellas longer than 12 inches when collapsed, seat cushions, camera lenses 6 inches or longer fully extended, video cameras, selfie sticks, and coolers or outside food and drink. Free water stations are set up outside the venue.

Touring the stadium

Checked at the source
Allegiant Stadium is clear about this one: if a stadium event is scheduled that day, public tours are not available. Don't offer or imply a game-day tour here. The Countdown to Kickoff Tour runs the day before Raiders home games, which in practice means the Saturday before a Sunday game. The published 2025 dates were all Saturdays: September 12, October 17 and 24, November 14, and December 19 and 26. Tickets go on sale online through Ticketmaster about 12 weeks ahead. The price for this tour isn't listed on the venue page, but the standard guided tour costs $65.99. For group and private tours, call 702-476-1274 or email [email protected].

After the final whistle

From a specialist guide
There's no official number on how long it takes to clear out after the game. Two things you can count on: the RTC Game Day Express leaves about 30 minutes after the final whistle, and the Hacienda bridge stays car-free, so walking back to Mandalay Bay or Luxor usually beats traffic and is the fastest way out. Rideshare pickup at Lot N on Dean Martin Drive is on the opposite side of the stadium from the Strip.

One thing to avoid

From a specialist guide
Don't book a hotel on the north Strip, Wynn, Encore, Circus Circus, or Downtown/Fremont Street, thinking you can walk, because the walkway chain runs out and you'll end up depending on the Deuce bus or a rideshare stuck in Sunday traffic. Also skip the rental car: the pedestrian bridge is car-free, tailgating needs a paid parking pass tied to a vehicle, and the resorts charge for parking anyway.

Bars near the stadium

Checked at the source
  • Raiders Tavern & Grill

M Resort Spa Casino, 12300 S Las Vegas Blvd, Henderson, NV 89044

This restaurant opened on April 1, 2021, and it's the only official Raiders-themed restaurant in the world, the club's flagship licensed spot. For a traveling fan it's about as close as you get to eating dinner inside a Raiders museum.

Away fans: the crowd leans home fans by design, but it's entirely comfortable for visiting fans too.

  • Tailgater Tavern

3990 W Russell Rd, Las Vegas, NV 89118

This is the answer if you want to walk to the stadium from a bar. It's a 24-hour neighborhood tavern half a mile from Allegiant, with Raiders-themed bench seating.

Away fans: the crowd is mixed, leaning home fans.

  • PKWY Tavern

4930 W Flamingo Rd, Las Vegas, NV 89103

PKWY Tavern is the most dedicated piece of Raiders fan theater in the city. The venue is built to look like Allegiant Stadium itself, with a facade replica, an oversized screen, a fake playing field, and a wall dedicated to the Raiderettes.

Away fans: the crowd is mostly home fans, this is the locals' Raiders room.

  • Stadium Swim at Circa

Circa Resort & Casino, 8 Fremont St, Las Vegas, NV 89101

This one's on the list as the distinctly Vegas option rather than a typical bar. It's a multi-tiered pool amphitheater facing a 143-foot screen, so you watch football from the water.

Away fans: it's welcoming to away fans, a neutral place to watch the game.

What to eat

The local food this city is known for: no single dish.

Inside the stadium, 2026 season

  • New for 2026: dishes themed on each opponent, such as a fry bread pot roast taco for the Chiefs game, plus lobster rolls and caviar in the premium areas. Reported, not confirmed by the stadium. Source
