Shade and cover
Checked at the source- Upper rows of sections 10 to 22. The roof over the concourse shades the top rows. At first pitch, rows W and up in 10 to 12 and rows U and up in 13 to 22 are shaded. By 2:30 p.m. the shade reaches row P in 10 to 14 and row T in 15 to 22.
- Behind home plate, 15 or more rows up. Sit at least 15 rows up behind the plate for steady shade.
- Left-field lawn under the trees. The berm has a few trees in left field. Get there early to claim a spot in their shade.
- East patio picnic tables. Lawn ticket holders can sit at the east patio tables, which the Angels describe as a shady spot to eat.
- Lower rows and the third-base side. The stadium has no roof over the seats, so lower rows and most of the third-base side stay in sun.
